i2trax will drive safety discipline by design. As we learn the behaviour of different materials managed within the system, system will continuously make recommendations to move fast moving materials closer to issue counter, lower the rack and front of the aisle. And heavy items stored at the bottom racks wherever possible. And Slow-moving and non-moving items to back of the warehouse and top of the racks. By doing this we will have less traffic in a warehouse floor and will deliver zero incidents in your warehouse. We could achieve this only through our industry experience and recognizing how important Safety is for the asset intensive industry.
Fleet Monitor
We use an IOT Device to monitor and track all electric warehouse material handling equipments (i.e., Forklifts, Cranes, Trucks, etc). By installing IOT device, and performing required connections at low level wiring, or other sensors of the vehicle, software platform captures all required information to interpret vehicle usage patterns (analyze events of harsh breaking and over speeding), utilization, understand preventive maintenance, fleet optimization and location tracking.
