Goods Receipt
Physical receipt and verification to compare against what was ordered from the supplier. Able to manage quality review and quarantine process. Powered by camera enables dynamic volume calculator using Time of Flight feature.
Pick, Pack & Issue
Demand management, Shopping Cart requirement list, Picking, Staging and Goods Issue process.
Quality Workflow
Assign for internal or 3rd party QA/QC inspection, attach inspection report, and pass/fail decision and manage workflow.
Zoning & Slotting
Ability to zone by category, material type, movement analysis. i2trax will also provide the slotting diagram as a heatmap to see space utilization.
Stock Transfers – One Step & Two Step
Plant to Plant, Sloc to Sloc, Bin to Bin and Material to Material transfers done in a single step or a two-step process.
Assembly & Disassembly
This is a unique module that will allow you to teardown an asset into sub assets and sub assets into components, and perform QA/QC during the process, replenish damaged part from stock, followed by assembly of the asset. This will give accurate status of assets and components at any given time. We can also associate this to different assembly process using a CART automation process.
Repairs
Send out for internal or external repairs and track the status of such repairs. After repair route for QA/QC followed by putaway and stocking. We highly recommend tracking repairable assets with RFID tracking or GPS tracking.
Physical Inventory
Manage cycle counting, schedule frequency of counts based on ABC Analysis and as per company policy. Automatically drive Physical Inventory execution using handheld devices. Automated recount process, variance reconciliation and reporting.
Handling Units
We use Handling Unit Management to reflect packing-based structures rather than tracking each material individually. This could be used to manage JV owned materials. Our HU module will handle pack, unpack and repack.
Drones for Inventory Checks
The integration of drone technology for physical inventory counts is a game-changer. By using drones, you can significantly cut down on the time and expenses required for conducting inventory checks, ensuring more efficient and accurate results.
Preservation
Most asset intensive customers are required to follow a routine preservation of material and equipment stored in the warehouse. Each type of material/ equipment follows certain standards to ensure they are preserved properly. Our module will allow the user to create preservation library, schedule preservation frequency, and complete the required preservation steps. If a material requires preservation upon receipt, they will be automatically routed for that task to be completed. This module is well integrated with the Work Order in ERP system.
Scrap Management
Items deemed scrap or damaged will be moved to scrap queue and removed from stock upon receiving the required approval from finance.

Tubular Tracking by TUBETRAXX
This is a unique solution designed to track Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG). We have a flexible solution that can be implemented at a pipe yard, mill of any locations with minimal investment. We use a dual tracking mechanism with QR Code and RFID. The only limitation is that we need a non-metal surface (i.e., Thread Protector) to install the RFID labels. We will associate QR labels with the RFID throughout the process. Our solution is tested to withstand extreme weather conditions (i.e., +/- 50 degree C) for up to 12 months, and rough pipe yard environment. We use the same to track Completion equipments. Our RFID and QR Code specifically designed for this application. Our RFID will give a read range of up to 8 meters.
Laptop Tracking
Able to issue industrial laptops to locations, rigs, employees and track throughout the life of that laptop asset.
