Upon completion of bin layout and nomenclature setup in i2trax, the system identifies the most optimal locations for materials, streamlining warehouse operations by providing efficient recommendations.

Pick Management

We implement wave planning for all pick activities, allowing configuration by product type, work order, requestor, zones, etc.

Physical Inventory

We streamline PI execution by assigning warehousemen a sequence to follow, similar to navigating a route for PI counts. This eliminates unnecessary back-and-forth and ensures optimal counting.

Drop Delivery

To have warehousemen deliver products directly to your doorstep or worktable, simply submit a shopping cart. Shopping carts can be created based on work orders or randomly, by entering a required by date.
